Since 2011, Matrix IDC has worked with YO! Sushi to deliver restaurant fit-out, shopfitting and bespoke joinery projects throughout the UK. Our relationship began after we were brought in to resolve long-standing fit-out challenges, helping to create a more consistent, efficient and reliable delivery model for future restaurant locations. Our role has supported YO! Sushi across multiple high-footfall hospitality environments, combining fast-paced site coordination, practical shopfitting experience and bespoke joinery manufacture. From seating, counters and branded interior details to wider restaurant refurbishment and fit-out works, every project requires careful planning, clear communication and an understanding of how busy dining spaces need to perform.
