Matrix IDC has delivered restaurant fit-out, shopfitting and bespoke joinery projects for San Carlo at locations including Alderley Edge in Cheshire, Leeds, Birmingham and across the UK. The work supports a premium hospitality brand known for refined dining interiors, high customer expectations and carefully considered finishes. Our role brings together commercial interior fit-out, restaurant shopfitting, specialist finishes and bespoke joinery features that need to feel consistent with the San Carlo brand while performing in busy hospitality settings. From customer-facing dining spaces to feature details and manufactured joinery, each project relies on careful planning, programme control and a strong understanding of how high-quality restaurant environments need to operate.
