Matrix IDC delivered a bold restaurant fit-out, shopfitting and bespoke joinery project for Holy Moly at Grand Central Station in Birmingham, creating a vibrant hospitality environment with strong visual impact and practical day-to-day functionality. The scheme combined commercial interior fit-out, restaurant shopfitting, branded detailing and carefully manufactured bespoke joinery to support a lively, customer-focused dining space. Restaurant projects in high-footfall locations such as Grand Central Station need more than attractive finishes. They need to function operationally, engage customers quickly and withstand the demands of busy hospitality use. Our role was to coordinate the restaurant fit-out works, manage specialist shopfitting elements and deliver bespoke interior features that reflected the energy and identity of the Holy Moly brand. The finished venue demonstrates Matrix IDC’s experience in hospitality construction, restaurant fit-out, shopfitting and bespoke joinery across Birmingham, the West Midlands and the UK, where programme control, presentation, practicality and craftsmanship all need to come together successfully.
